Implementing Directive No. 31-CT/ĐU dated September 9, 2025, of the Party Committee of Brigade 20 on leading the Congresses (Conferences) of mass organizations within Brigade 20 (Saigon Newport Corporation) for the 2025–2030 term, on October 6, 2025, the Grassroots Trade Union of Tan Cang Warehousing Joint Stock Company convened its Congress for the 2025–2030 term.
Attending and providing guidance at the Congress was Colonel Ngô Văn Ngự – Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Representing the Political Department, Lieutenant Colonel Trương Công Cường – Head of the Mass Mobilization Division, Political Department, attended and encouraged the Congress.
The Congress focused on discussing and evaluating the results of implementing the Resolution for the 2023–2025 term; identifying orientations, missions, and targets, and proposing solutions to successfully implement the Resolution for the 2025–2030 term; and contributing to the Political Department’s Report on the workers’ movement and trade union activities for the 2023–2025 period, as well as directions and solutions for the 2025–2030 period.
With a spirit of democracy, intelligence, and innovation, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term—comprising dedicated, capable, and highly committed members who possess strong organizational skills and the ability to unite workers. The newly elected committee represents the voice and aspirations of employees, ensuring that the Trade Union remains a truly strong mass organization of the workforce, elected by the workers and working for their benefit.
The success of the Congress demonstrates the unity, determination, and aspiration for development among all trade union members, moving toward the goal of building Tan Cang Warehousing Joint Stock Company into a more modern, professional, and forward-looking enterprise that meets the requirements of integration and growth in the digital era.

On the morning of November 26 in Ho Chi Minh City, Tan Cang Warehousing Joint Stock Company (KVTC), under Saigon Newport Corporation (Brigade 20), held the Go-live Ceremony for the electronic document–based cargo handling process at the CFS warehouse. Lieutenant Colonel Đoàn Phi, Deputy Director of the Company, presided over the event and directly introduced the new process.
